Offline reading issues

Even when you download the content and working offline the app constantly tries to connect to the network and when it does the article list scroll up so you cant browse what to read without being interrupted.

Thus also happens when reading an article offline and it gains connection. This is specially bad when in the subway in NYC where some stations have data and gain connection for a couple of secs.
